Getting Started

The Team Manager is an essential part of every hockey team, serving as the primary organizer, communicator, and support person for players, families, and coaches. As the main liaison between the coaching staff and parents, the Team Manager helps ensure everyone stays informed and connected throughout the season.

In addition to managing team communications, the Team Manager assists with the administrative side of the season, including coordinating off-ice activities, tournaments, scheduling, and other team logistics. By handling these responsibilities, Team Managers allow coaches to focus on what they do best—developing players and leading practices and games.

We know this is an important role, and we truly appreciate your willingness to volunteer your time and energy. To help you get started, we've put together a handbook highlighting key you need to know for this role. And always feel free to reach out to our Registrar and VP of Administration with any questions.
